It is one of the most preferred commercial varieties in the market, as it retains its good flavor when stored for a long period of time. It has an apricot yellow color and a savory taste with a hint of sweetness, and the ripe date is light amber, waxy, transparent, not overwhelmingly sweet and excellent in taste.
