It grows in sunny and warm weather, hence why its growth is amazing in the Arab Gulf countries. The plant needs abundant irrigation in summer and moderate one in winter. Fertilization is done once a week in the growing season, and needs a low temperature of 7-10 °C or slightly more, and dry soil during the dormancy period. And it reproduces by propagation.
